The different being he made the face fat and put shading around the edge of the hair like ive done on all the others Ive made...

No, i did alot different.

The face is chubbier than yours Acid and the shading (like you said)
The hair seems to be the same and all the shading on the t-shirt. The hand and fingers are different. The shoes have less shading than yours Acid and the shading under the mouth is different.
He hasn't copies ALL of yours, maybe some but I can't be sure.
