How?

Before you all say ''eat'' something.

What foods make you put on more weight? What exercises help you with more build/weight? [Im female]

I heard fish helps, maybe start eating tuna sandwhiches. I heard this from my uncle it hasn't worked much for me though, I've put on weight but It doesn't look it.

tbh, fish isn't that much of a food where you gain weight, as it is low calorie.

If you are looking for good ideas on higher calorie foods that you'll enjoy, things on sarnies like peanut butter, cheese, jam, mayo (maybe to go with tuna).
Or if you <3 milkshakes heres a recipe for you..

Choccoriffic Chocoshake

250 Mils of whole milk (or chocco milk)

3 scoops of chocolate ice cream

Two tablespoons of chocolate sauce

Two spoonfuls of clottted cream

And a couple of pieces of chocolate...

Mix in a blender and enjoy :)

or My very berry smoothie

Couple handfuls of Berries

100 Mils of double cream

100 mils of condensed (sweetened milk)

mix in a blender and enjoy

Yey! I've met someone just like me! Now if you like noodles, try out asdas and tescos 8p ones. No I'm not a tramp. They taste nice, and one portion is 400 calories.
Also, just eat more. Its simple. Take a sandwich. Have cheese, its more calories. But just remember to have 5 a day.
I've gained 1s 4 lbz

Well, it looks like you're not just looking to put on fat, as everyone here is implying, you just want to be a bit more muscular.

Deppends where you want to build, just exercise there, but if it's your breasts that you want (i'm not being rude or anything, I thought that's what you were implying in an above post) then just dont exercise there, so don't do situps.

Urm, I'm not sure but if you go and see your doctor he/she will tell you what to do, and I think you can get some sort of pill to change your diet.
