You can lure alot, not so much with your 94 though.

One guy tried to lure me when I was selling 6k nats. He was saying he was cutting trees in varrock forest so I went to bridge, kept telling him to come to me, he ignores me. I go to lvl 1 wildy, he immeadiatly runs to me lol. Stupid guy has like 20 lvls difference.
