Not just HCs have yellow round there badge.
Habbo Staff do too.
Poor them ;[

It comes under both, but it is primarily a glitch.

i agree with it being in this section, i made a thread in this section first on thursday, and Adzeh moved it. it is aglitch yes, a severside glitch i think, and it's on every single hotel, with every single hc badge, [normal and gold] hence why i saw it as a news and rumour

anyway the hc badges have been fixed now.
