View Full Version : Why is everyone getting fired?

Everyone is either getting fired or leaving and i want to know why; Hecktix was a good mananger and i dont know if Foxmoth has been fired but it seems to me like he has, he was a great SMOD, and they have both left.
I just dont understand why habboxforum has turned into a bit of ****hole and is on the decline, i mean its a great forum with great people and the decline needs to stop.

hecktix got fired for being rude, apparantly. or it was how he treated other people.
they fire people if they don't think they are doing a good job.

i think oli got plenty of chances. since he was a manager he shouldn't of needed a chance.

hecktix was a great manager he got fired for voicing his opinion.
the story of hecktix getting fired is alot like what happened in central china. students voiced there opinion and you know what happened? they were shot.

tbh theres not really enough time for second chances, as a highly active forum, users expect the best and if site managers feel a department is lacking, then its their job to carry out whatever it takes to boost popularity again

Unfortuantly for many staff it has become harder to juggle your job and your eduction so people have had to resign. It is actually quite rare people get fired straight away. 8Freak8 gives people chances all the time.
It is a shame people like Foxmoth and A4AOwen have gone because they were good workers but, unfortuantly, sometimes it is neccessary for Staff to leave.
But hey, when one staff member leaves it gives another a chance to shine :D

In the long run, your education is more important than Habbox. I mean, Habbox is fun in your leisure, making friends etc. but it won't be here forever, people grow up and move on, and that's what's happeneing to a lot of the staff at the moment. It's a shame, but it happens.

To be honest, I remember reading a thread like this about a year ago, and here it is, still standing strong. So I wouldn't read too much into some people leaving/getting fired.

AMAGADZ!!!! No way! Its Specsavers!
And he is right, we had a "revolt" one over something strange and actually a bunch of staff resigned when Dave left as well and both times Habbox pulled through them, but I don't really see a cycle atm, we had a small version over the summer then a small version with the Forum Dept and HxHD recently but I don't think we're going down yet, sorry guys :p

All the things about me are true.
I was fired, I did deserve to get fired. And I was given a few chances.
The thing is with me, and i've experienced it with Help Desk staff as well is I was good at my job, you can't say I wasn't because the Help Desk did run smoothly, and this is why 8Freak8 refrained from firing me so much. However I was rude as well, so it kind of took over eventually and I got fired.

yeah i got fired for being rude aswell,which i must say is kinda true, i do lose my temper and get angry a little

Happened to me loads of times.. I always put my foot in it.. I just have to be super dooper careful now :(
