Not really, The Human brain is designed that it will notice people things that are different to us.

For example if a normal member looks around the forum they will notice vips/staff more than normal members, etc

also in life we tend to notice people of another race more often than our own and the same with people with disabilities

Normal members breaking rules is ... normal?
Staff members breaking rules isnt :p They should be more carefull than Normal Members.

Yeah I guess :). If you see any staff breaking the rules, report it the same way (using the report post button). The smod can then referr it to smiddy1234.
