Believe me mate, it is quality. I've been four times and I always enjoy it :D. All of the theme parks are quality, as long as you enjoy rollercoasters :). All of the big ones are great, and Busch Gardens at Tampa has loads of really great ones. Epcot at Disney is good with a couple of fairly new rides. Mission:Space is like a simulator with 4 people in that sends you on a pretend mission to Mars with all the actual G-force stuff. The best ride has to be Soarin' though. Only one word for it - Magnificent. It's another simulator, but you're on a hanglider going around different places around the world. Make sure you get on the front row for the best view ;). If you go to Animal Kingdom, go on Expedition Everest, that's quality too :D. Also at Disney, DisneyQuest is good if you go there. Loads of Arcade games for free :D. I also recommend you go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Plenty of great rollercoasters there :D.

Luckily, I got to see the space shuttle take off back in 2000. That was immense. If you can do that, you'll love it and be astounded at actually how good it is seeing a rocket take off :D

Whatever you do, you'll enjoy it. You're first time is always you're best. If i may ask, which hotel/resort are you staying in and where is it?

Im going to Florida on Thursday, so I'll get plenty of pics etc and let you know what its like.

My opinion leads me to say: Balls to Disney!

Hello Universal, Seaworld and Busch Gardens.

As you proberbly know, i'm rollercoaster obsessed so I'll be able to tell you what their really like, muhahahaha.

My first time going, but based on pictures; Busch Gardens is the best for coasters..

Im counting down the seconds, im so excited I can't wait!! :D

Roll on 11am on Thursday, CABIN CREW SEATS FOR DEPARTURE PLEASE.. :d:d:d:d:d

Yeah, the tickets are expensive, but it's all worth it :D.

And I-Drive is quality for shopping and all that :). You're also not that far from any of the major parks in Orlando if you're there. I stayed at Bahama Bay in Kissimee which was brilliant :D.

Plus, I don't care what anyone else says, but you always find the child inside yourself when you go to Disney. You get a reall buzz when you go for the first time.

Well, im not into big rides and neither are my parents so the whole roller coaster thing doesnt do anything for me. [I wont go on them on my own]
But Yeah I-drive looks AMAZING
As for the childish thing of disney im a child at heart Lol :D

if your not really into rides, the universal studiops would be best. cos its split in to 2 parts, one part doesn't have any 'thrill seeking' rides. the part with jaws, twister & the earthquake thing. plus where i stayed in orlando (don't remember which part, was about 5 minutes from disney, & 20 from universal) there was a long stretch of road with alot of factory outlet malls on it, so its a pretty good place for shopping hah.

Im staying at Indian Ridge in Kissimee.

I have the orlando flexiticket for Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Universal IOA and Wet n Wild.

Disney is alright, if you like that kind of thing I guess - Where as I prefer extreme rollercoasters, IE. Sheikra, Dueiling Dragons and Kumba!

Another thing that I like about Florida is that most of their coasters are B&M which doesn't mean anything to you, but it does me :P

Yeahhhhh THURSDAYYYYYYYYYY! :D

florida is the best place i've ever been to, i love it so much - i went xmas last year.
swimming with dolphins was amazing, not only do you get to be with the best animals ever, you also get to do in the sting ray pool, the tropical pool thing + you can get nachos + drinks + crisps + sweets + everything at the bar, like, when you want it with no money cuz you pay for it on enterance, it's great.

i loved magical kingdom, but it's the sotrt of place you only go to once, i went there 3 times and got bored of it, lmao.

i can't remember what it was, but there was a disney water park i loved, i think it was wet n' wild, was proper great.

in november i'm going again and i';m going universal + busch gardens as i didn't get to go to them last year, s'gunna be immense, i can't wait.

you'll love it there, i promise - everyone does.

Well obviously Disney World and Universal Studios are great. There's really so much to do down there. Just look in one of the local books, youll find stuff. Ive been 3 times.

Oh, July. Technically Hurrican season, but probably wont be bad. Usually it's August/September when they really come around.

Orlando Overall

Awsome place alough it can get very clammy and sweaty so make sre you also have a bottle of water with you. I have been to Orlando 5 times I would recormend going to a mall and driving dwn aligater ally.

Disney World

I stayed in the Grand Floridien Disney resort Hotel it was one of the most awsome holidays ever. Bellow I'll write about the parks

The Magic Kingdom
When I first entered the Magic kingdom the excitement of being in Dinsey work suddenly got to me. Its the only place on Earth you can act like a child and no one cares. The Magic Kingdom has many fantastic Rides and shows. The first Ride which pops into my mind here is Splash mountain. Seriously go on this ride its awsome !. I also remember the haunted mansion because all the little kids were crying lol. I'd also suggest you go and see 'Stitches great escape'.

MGM Studios
The MGM / Disney Studios puts you in the middle of the movies. The first thing you see when entering the car park is the Hollywood Tower Hotel. This hotel is very good but I must warn you the lifts are out of order.....

The Rockin Rollacoaster is one of the best rides I have ever been on simpley awsome. Like Aerosmith ? you'll love this ! Muppets 3D = awsome.

Animal Kingdom
The Animal Kingdom takes you to places such as Asia and Africa. I'd suggest rides such as Exibition Everist & the safari. I also Enjoyed the 3D show 'Its tough to be a bug' very funny !

Epcot
You know when your in epcot because of the giant golf ball. I really enjoyed the ride test track in this park and mission space was awsome you pilot your own mission to mars !. Epcot is one of the more boring Disney park unless you like international food and culture as you can walk around the whole world in one afternoon!

Universal Studios
The Universal Studios has 2 parks one is just plainly Universal studios and the other is called Islands of Adventure.

First I'll talk about the studios. According to Nickalodian the show 'Kenan & Kel' was flmed in Universal Studios florida. But the main attractions here are the rides. First of all I must sya the Jaws ride has to be the most funny ride ever. I'd also suggest going on The men in black ride if you like shooting stuff. Finally I'd like to say Terminater 3D was AWSOME !!!!

Islands of Adventure
AWSOME PARK ! The first ride I went on here was the Hulk it was awsome and somethingy you shouldn't miss. I'd also suggest visiting Jurrasic Park and going on the boat adventure be careful though....

Sea World
Feed the Dolphins, watch the Shamu show have fun !

one last thing I'm warning you NEVER EAT DISNEY HOT DOGS

Yeah, on your way back, go in the Guest House thing. That's really good for only about £10 or something. It'll probably be more now though than when I last went. It has PS2s and loads of computers with Internet access. There's 2 big tellies with movies playing all the time :D. I was fairly lucky because my flight got delayed so I stayed in there for ages :D. *Cough* Usual excuses for them not having a plane avaliable *Cough*

Excel Airways is Travel City Direct - I rang yesterday and she said hello excel i said err i wana speak to travel city and she said we are travel city sooo!

They either use bird strikes or technical problems as excuses when they don't have enough planes avaliable (Believe me, 90% of Excel/Travel city flights are delayed)

We thought it was planned as well because the coaches were there to take us to the hotels within like 2 hours.
Ahh, I don't think it would have been planned in advance - But thats the excuse they'd use.

When we made an emergency landing, coaches where at the airport within 40 minutes of getting off the plane to take us to Humberside Airport, we where also given a full refund and free flight with First Choice Airways (I wont fly with them again, subchartering Onur Air pfft - Google Images search Onur Air look a the first pic it brings up.. No wonder we made emergency landing!)

IM SO EXCITTTTEEEEEEDDDDDD!

When I get there, im going swimming etc we have a 42 ft pool in the villa! :D And then I'll pop on Habbox for like an hour and then go to bed :)

Make sure you get out of the pool when the dark clouds come rolling in ;) ... unless you want to be electricuted or something :D.

And yes, there's too much to do to fit it all in :D

Make sure you go to Sizzler's or Ponderosa Steakhouse for food at night. They're the best restaurants in my view :D

Hah i dont think i will be going inthe pool much, ill probably be at the parks every day
Ooh i love steak.. And good resturants
ill have to go there and tell you how i get on :]

I wouldn't fly with them again either if that happened. You had a right to get a free refund as well :D. Some air companies wouldn't give you it.

Tad enthusiastic to be coming on here whilst on holiday lol :D.

Yeah, Sizzler and Ponderosa are great and if you love steak, you'll love them :D. Everyone goes to the parks the first time they're there so you're not alone. And yes, do tell us how it went when you get back :D.

Yeah very true, I usually just stayed in and watched TV because we had cable :D. Watched some NFL pre-season matches because I like American Football :) . Plus there's that much SpongeBob Squarepants on, you'll be hypnotised by it before you come home.

And good, I never went on when I was there. Didn't have enough time plus I didn't really want to either :P.

:o Wow, what a coincidence lol, if you're on about September 2000 then you're correct, we would have been there at the same time. The 99th shuttle launch, how unlucky is that :(. AndI hope you mean your holiday cost £17,000 not the tickets for the shuttle launch :P. I think the tickets only cost about $15. I'm probably wrong, but they were very cheap :D.

I went in 2001 and it was simply amazing. I went to all the theme parks and waterparks in disneyworld florida e.g. island of adventures, animal kingdom and all of them were different but each brilliant in their own way. They also have alot of good place to eat around there and other waterparks which arent part of disneyworld. You will love it :)
