A question..

Right i've moved over to USA from the UK last week, I brought my sims game (PC) along with me, tried to install it the other day and it won't accept the serial code.. can anyone think of an explanation for it? :D

o ye n the serial code is on the peice of paper inside the game n if it dont work ake sure your typing it correctly ;/

Yeah I know where it is lol.. and yeah im typing it correctly, I've emailed EA games but they just give me a crap reply =/
