If he actually said that, that's kind of just abusing the mod powers to tell someone to view a private message that was sent. I mean, if he wanted to read it, he could use spam?

I've also seen some of the moderators closing threads and stuff when it wasn't needed, so it's either taking it the wrong way and therefore being too strict, or just being unsure. So, i'm going to have to agree with you.

Again I can't comment on individual cases but when that occured I did as was reccommeded, and afterwards MAD and I agreed that it was the correct thing to do at the time and agreed with the rules. The moderation rules have since been changed :)

Why do you need to edit the persons post though? So everytime you send someone a PM, you will edit their post?

8freak8 asked mods to do that although I disagree with the idea so I pmed 8freak8 about it earlier. Hopefully you wont be seeing those edits any more :).

Its nothing to do with the moderators, the moderators all great. If you have any complaints, please PM me them directly.
