Why can't cautioned members reply to threads in the Questions / Comments / Suggestions for Habbox?

By the way, don't ask "how can you post in this thread then?" as I created this thread.

I asked MAD and he said he doesn't know what the problem is as in the Usergroup Options, it says you can reply to threads.
Its annoying not being able to reply to others threads. I think it was put in place so you cannot break more rules or something :s
