Hobbas Or Mods?

Plain and simple really, Hobbas or Mods.

Which ones do you think are better?
Personally I think Hobbas are better.

MODs are better, Hobbas can abuse their powers easily. I would trust a MOD more than a voulenteer Hobba.

What I have found is with MOD's most of the time they do not answer your CFH as much as Hobbas did.

From my experience Hobbas would help you more than MODs that is my reason for voting Hobbas :)

Moderators are very busy, and Habbo has more members.
They'll have loads of CFH's but they'll only answer the important ones.

I realise that.
But some of the CFH's I have sent have been really important and I have had no reply.

With Hobbas I had a reply and/or sometimes one came to my room to help out.

Just because you didn't get a reply it doesn't mean that your call for help wasn't looked at and investigated.

since the Hobbas are no longer around to assist the MODs the MODs get probably several hundred CFH's per hour when the Hotel is very busy. They have to prioritise them depending on how urgent the situation is. Which is why you may see a difference in the amount of time you have to wait for a reply.

Also, the way you type when sending a CFH can have a great effect on how long the MODs take to deal with it, they will probably ignore CFHs if the sender has used 1337 speak rather than typing in proper english. Harsh i know, but thats the way it is.

I only have one criticism with the MOD's and it is not their fault, that is they are not as helpful as Hobbas were. I believe the MOD's are doing a good job.
But I prefered the Hobbas for one reason and one reason alone.
They Seemed more helpful.

Hobbas all the way. MODs are ignorant and are "too busy" to help. They don't even ban misbehaving Habbo's anymore. They just tell us to click the "ignore" button. It's quite annoying. Hobba's do their jobs and they help people. They're also not stuck up their on a**! That's all I have to say, hehe... X.

Most mods on UK were Hobbas, so your point doesn't really apply.

Hobbas were volunteers and the point of them were to guide Habbos. So when there were Hobbas and Mods together you generally saw Hobbas more because thats what they were there for.

Mods are there to deal with problems like harassment, racism and possible dangers to Habbos. They do come to rooms and talk to people, but then others of you complain mods arent doing their job and reading chatlogs. Theres only up to 3 mods on at a time compared to the 200 Hobbas that use to be part of UK so you arnt going to see them as regularly.

As for being told to use ignore, if you see someone that may be child luring would you rather wait 10 minutes while the mods answered 100's of cfh's about swearing or would you rather the habbos used ignore and a possible real life danger was stopped?
