With Fansite Week, fast approaching us (Next Week), we can all expect to see many of the inactive fansites being REMOVED, finally.
Not only that, but Lost_Witness, Habbo UK Hotel Manager, has hinted in a console message, that Fansite Nominations will be opening!
We presume this is during fansite week. Could Fansite Nominations be opening on monday?!?

It's suprising, you've nearly said every fansite on the list apart from the site that you work on.
That is the main reason why I said that in the first place, to see what your reaction would be; and as predicted, you defend your site but not sites that have a great reputation.
Bobbanet is a great site; it's last update was just before the new year. Even if it is a bit inactive, it has one the greatest interfaces ever to be seen on a Habbo site... ever!
Habbucks is a fantastic site. It's very active and is now under new ownership. It has fantastic content and a very interactive user system aswell.
HabboValley is another 'great' fansite. I say 'great' loosly because of the issues that have been raised in the past by the owners and the site.
ClubHabbo.net is the most popular fansite by FAR, now that TH has closed down (Thank the lord) - it has become the greatest fansite, well, not greatest but indeed the most popular and you cannot deny that.
bobbanet ftw!!!
cos like i work der and also im suprised at what chris is doing about fansites this year
not saying tho, might get told off
PinkFM

HabboFM might get removed, it's never online any more. And don't complain at me becuase i'm a DJ on it. You get no listeners when you DJ anyway.

Umm get a life, theres plenty of other active habbo fansites, just a few;
Habbos.net is a popular forum, Yourhabbo.co.uk is active, Thehabbos.com is too, Habbo-works is too, and Habbo-Meadow.
However I know Habbo-down is owned by 2 moderators and is great for safety etc, but it's last update is months ago. Doubt that'll ever be removed though.
Habbo want sites that get hits.
I said this along time ago, having fansites is a business scheme for Habbo. They don't want sites that don't get alot of visitors.
BobbaNet, although inactive STILL gets alot of visitors, and therefore habbo may consider before removing it.
ClubHabbo.net is one of the most interactive habbo fansites on the net, it's content is getting better and is reaching 'great' status. It runs regular competitons, daily updates and even more.
Habbucks had massive downtime due to it moving from HabboCafe, it had to change the whole interface; do you actually realise what it takes to set up a new fansite? A whole lot I can tell you. It came back, and now it is active; what's so bad about that?
v-Habbo, HabboPaper, Hab-World should ALL be taken off for inactive/shutdown reasons.

Habbucks does my head in, forever changing it's name.
By far am i surprised that Habbar has not been mentioned of those "very few" that are at all active now. Habbar is always developing in new ideas. Most recently, Marvel. We are always recieving submissions for radios to feature on the tuner.
Nonetheless i do work for Habbar but i do speak entire truth about it whether i work for Habbar or not.
I also do voice those opinions about clubhabbo. Clubhabbo is by far the most popular and widely spoken about fansites. One would say it's an example to those other fansites hoping to follow in its footsteps.
Habbucks should be removed because of it's "techniques" to try and up the anti in becoming more popular. But like adam said making/creating a new fansite is one, big business and two, a whole lot of hard work. The owners of habbucks seem to think changing names is as easy as changing underwear. Humour but like i said it's true.
Habbucks does my head in, forever changing it's name.
Oh no, it changed it's name once...
So did many other fansites.

Excuse me? The Forum is one of the most popular Habbo forums with the exception of Habbox and HabboForum, that I think I have ever seen. Okay, call me bias or what you like because i'm an Administrator there, but on some days I see 'Total Users (Logged-In) Today: 500+), which I think is a really good achievement for any forum.
Overall, ClubHabbo is the best official fansites, although, of course there are unofficial sites.... the best fansite being Habbox; without being biased... it is.

Theres so many reasons of which Bobbanet won't be removed which I can't be bothered to discuss but I know for a fact that it won't be removed - Bobbanet is way much more than it seems.

Why are some people so fussed about fairness? It's a fansite. A website supporting and providing information for Habbo. If it's official, Habbo return the support.
What the community vote to be official, is official.

Well, I was the owner from the start up until Scott and Dough owned it.
Why are you moaning about a website when it's providing you with a music source? What's it done to you, eh?
I couldn't care less anymore but I think there are way to many **** holes in the Habbo community.

Well, i try my best with ClubHabbo in order to keep people coming back, and to keep it official.
It takes me what.. about half an hour max to update the site each day.
I don't get why some fansites still remain official when they are inactive, i guess... its for the badge. However, seems a little selfish when there are smaller sites that are desperate to become official, and update all the time and are still not official.
Im glad they are removing some inactive fansites, about time too.. some on that list have been closed forever.. such as v-habbo.

It may seem it but i believe there was a misunderstanding when they were removed. Ollie and nick never made it entirely clear whether they closed or either of them went on to create another fansite and the other to manage bobblefm again. I think it's alright. As long as they stay updated and what not i don't see why bobblefm shouldn't remain official.
And it is true they are being re-added. It was mentioned in the email LW sent out. I for one am glad that fansite month isn't to become a rareity anymore (it is now a monthly event). And now the fansite reps and badges are being sorted.
The only thing i was shocked at was no mentioning of fansite meetings. Only time will tell.

It's hard to understand whether or not your being sarcastic :p
And Yes Bobbanet was probably the best fansite there was 2 years ago, with best papratzi, best alternations & fansite of the month, including the prize of "Bobbanet rocks" in the popworld bot.
But yes I do admit to the inactivity on bobbanet but there are valid reasons for that and bobbanet is slowly developing, such as news - latest updates and due to recent staff changes, getting previous content is quite hard but other than that. Seeing as I handle with events, i've been trying my hardest to ensure that the Habbo public KNOWS that Bobbanet is still here and is NOT going anywhere!

Also, Habbucks hasn't been down for maintenance since February 2006 now ;)
