The one circled is one you never made. It is featured in the game and can be seen on the Sonic Org website:

I also suspect the one next to it and under that is stolen too. But I will find proof later on.

Its not hard to look at a pixelbased game and make a copy... if you do that it isnt a pixelwork its a pixelconvertion..

Is it too late to say that Sonic isn't a smooth graphics charactor? He is pretty pixelised in the game? And the image which shows he has ripped (below, pretty much shows that he took it directly off the game or from a sprite site.

I just re-read what you wrote, I cannot say pixel converting something already pixelated is possible?
