Exactly, if the grades aren't good then that only leaves behaviour and homework and behaviour and homework means nothing compared to grades.

tbh, you've obviously been brought up differently then me-I'v been brought up to believe that as long as I try hard, grades don't matter

Grades aren't the be all and end all

Well in my eyes grades are the 'be all and end all' considering thats one of the reasons we go to school :s

Grades are important. GCSEs aren't marked on effort and homework. Well, except languages :P But if you're still at school then obviously you can't be in control of a 'successful' business. Especially when you can't spell the word successful :)

What is this company called anyway? Are you registered?

Richard Branson left school with out any GCSE's and is now a multi millionaire and owns Virgin.

Profit per year?

I fail to believe a teenager owns a "successful" business. What the heck do you do anyway?

He was an exceptional entrepreneur - which very few others are. I doubt our friend here will amass the same £3,000 million without his GCSEs :P

I was implying that getting grades was the main reason we go to school as that is one of the sole purposes of going, not that if you do not get any GCSEs you will fail miserably in life & I hardly doubt you built up this buisness you are talking or own it at a matter of fact, most likely your parent(s) which if I remembered are not you.

This time next year, i'll be a millionaire (+rep for anyone that knows where that's from)

And it's quite new, but I can see it becoming succesful

it wasnt that long ago you could, but back then grades were no where near as important as they are now, back then they just ment you could start off higher up, instead of having to work you way up from the bottom. now you need them just to get your foot in the door of most career paths. So id say they are pretty important unless you want to end up working you way up the career ladder to manager of a Macdonald's drive through...

Rofl if you mean 'We'll be millionaires' then it's Only Fools and Horses

So you're not ACTUALLY successful? What is this business then, may I ask?
