View Full Version : [Bobba] The Only Thing I Hate About Habbo Is There Lack of Help!

Ok heres my story...
Ok, In september last year I logged onto my normal Henry-Mx account and it said wrong pass, so I checked to see if I had a keylogger and I didnt, so I went on my other account to see if my furni was still there and all of it was, so then I asked for habbo to send a password reminder and it never came so I emailed habbo and they were not replying and recently I emailed them again and Callie sent me a NEW password, so I tryed it and it didnt work so now im thinking if theres a bug on my account, I sent habbo emails about the recent situation and have got no reply because they send auto replys and when I ask then to reply they dont....

AND NOW IM STARTING TO LOOSE HOPE!!!!!!!
That account had a room FULL of hc sofas
and around 9 rooms full of good norms....

If only habbo could be more healpful.....

I've had that problem as well with another account which i lost the pass to, i've been asking for the pass back for 5 months and they still havent done anything about it.

i gave up on my account which is safety banned now i have no furni at all
i've lost 50 hcs though so i am pssed off bout that

I've had that problem as well with another account which i lost the pass to, i've been asking for the pass back for 5 months and they still havent done anything about it.

But the problem is, Callie sent me a new pass and it didnt work so I guess my account has a bug in it....

ye, first they send u an auto email, u reply to that u mite get anuva 1 in a week or 2 if ur lucky, sumtimes they send u 2 auto 1s

i got hacked about 1 year ago and i aint recieved nout ;l

Ive tryed calling Sulake and they said they'll get someone from the habbo section to call me back.....but nothing....

I usally have to fill out the Parent form becuase then I dont think you get auto replys..

It must be hard for a team of MOD's and Office staff of around 20 to constantly look after 10,000 habbos every night as well as sort out all habbos glitches and managing the website, but sometimes i feel habbo maintains rather pointless arguments and disputes on habbo wasting their time. Like the other day I saw MOD-Flaxy and MOD-Mandi managing a habbos problem, it was that he had admitted scripter, was issued a prm ban and wanted his furni back or something, it really didnt appear to need 2 mods on the situation.

Note: Of course I may be wrong about that situation as I only witnessed it and didn't get the whole of the conversation.

I guess I'm lucky, I've been playing Habbo since 2001 and NEVER got hacked.

They've got too much of a hard job, they need more staff.

I had the same problem on .ca, somehow one day my password just didnt work, i used the retrieval option and it said the info was wrong although i know the info was all correct. After countless attempts and FAQ responses, i finally received an email from the hotel manager giving me my intial password that I used to sign up, approximately another 20 emails and they just stopped answering. Now after these 23 lost petals that just occured in my account while i was in fact logged in, I have decided that i wont waste my time with hundreds of emails,. i am giving them 48 hours and if they dont respond and adress the concern I will file paperwork to take them to court and sue over stress and loss of money. Clearly when you pay for a service you are to be granted access to a customer service department or a response of any kind. I will take them to court and expose alot of the other dirt that is under the rug. Needless to say this will cost them more than a plasto.

Yes, habbo is busy, it would be a lot better if they could turn into robots and personally respond to every single email ever sent to them :) That makes more sense right? :) I know it is unfortunate you got hacked but there are tons of preventions and cautions you could have taken. For example: I've been playing habbohotel since 2001 and I am yet to be hacked or scammed.
