It's easy really, just search Hautenz and you'll be lead right to it. :)

The Jobs do Pay from Rank 3 upwards. (Cadet)
The first 2 Ranks (Helper, Recruit) are just a sense of Training. If you show your potential and that you have had past experience, then you should be moved up pretty quickly.

Remember, just search Hautenz and you'll be lead right to it.

Well Mafias aren't all about scripting, is that what most of you think about when running a Mafia, having to destroy others? Well obviously my Mafia/Club has different rules.
