Breakfast: Kellogs Bran Flakes - One Bowl With Milk
School First Break: Some Water With An Piece Of Fruit
School Lunch: Water with an chicken sandwich with lettuce and a peice of fruit
Tea: Mention what I can have here pls Ty
Dinner: W/e ma dad makes, always has vegetables
After: Fruit
Please say like how much I can lose in like a day or week
Im 12 stone and 165cm tall =]
And for excercise: Erm, I will lose 100 cal on ma mini stepper and I always lose calories in school by walking, writing etc enit..
So, ...there we have it =]
