I *think* I may have found him, and if I did, his new name is: Robbey

Basically all I did was search threads for Halloween142, and Baxter put up some thread back in October that was just a list of members names as like a game and Halloween's was one of the ones on there. Even though he changed some of the names a bit in half his post, I think the links are still right, so I'm pretty certain Robbey is him. Oh, lol, well if you clicked on 'Halloween492' it brought you to the profile for Robbey. I wasn't sure if the links were right, but most of the others worked except for one or two people that had gotten their names changed as well, but I know those people got theirs changed, so I was pretty certain the link to Robbey's was right. Anywho, glad I could help. =] <3
