I am only buying in bulks with a minimum of 3 of 1 item of furni.
I am buying Chinese Lanterns and Chinese Sofas.

Also, I am wanting profit compared to habbox's current values for the items as the probability of the items returning to the catalogue for this year's Chinese New Year is rather large.
