O
At last! Isn't England v Germany meant to be the first game there now?Apparently so. There's been no official announcement but the German FA have released some sort of information about it. It would be a fitting way to open such a wonderful stadium with such a great rivalry. :)

Exactly, and typical my mate's dad couldn't get tickets :(. Anyway Carlisle to London, bit of a trek lol. Yeah, that would be the perfect way to open our brand new national stadium. However, England v Hungary would also be a fitting way :), with them being the first team to beat England at the old Wembley.

Yeah i know, which was crap. I would have liked that. Although England v Germany should be a very entertaining match :D. I don't think there'll be any repeats of that dream night in Munich though :(.

True, true. Plus England have the quality, but lack the courage when they play "bigger" teams. Germany are probably up in the top 3 in the world when you look at their squad.

Okay, so they were the host country but they were surprisingly entertaining to watch and seeing them thump Portugal for 3rd place was priceless :] I was backing 'em to win after we were knocked out but they went out to the eventual champs...and what a great game it was between Germany and Italy. My tip for Euro 2008! ;)

True, Germany have a great chance of winning it. Especially when it's in like their neighbouring countries . They have quality strikers in Podolski and Klose. I thought they were going to win it too, but Italy did, kind of, deserve to win I suppose.
