Hi. i need a news CMS, but im not amazing at PHP, and it'd take over 14 days for me to write. And cutenews, which is perfect but that bloody powered by cutenews, how do i get that off. That banner annoys me.
If anyone either has a better news only CMS alike CuteNews! Thanks.

One of the old versions didn't have it.. and you just gotta edit some of the code in one of the files with the long name like .jp.sp or something, can't remember.

if you are using an older version of cutenews, open functions.inc.php and look for base64_decode, thats where the powered by cutenews comes from ;)

For the record, look at the bottom of shows.inc.php, and there is some Base64 encoded stuff :)

'Cutenews' is one person. I've never in my life heard that he took legal action over something that he cannot tell the difference between a reg code and removing the bottom part.
