The password for it is a bird
you can go to the rooftop to as skye about that :)

The room I posted is after the actual quest line kinda thing cause I went too far but still nice room to see with the unreleased furni together. :P

You can also get in it by searching Neuronic and going to his Red Iced Sofa room.
