It will be possible you need loads of prayer pots since prayer gets drained easily

Do it.. its easier then people make out. I used bolt spells, cos i had no runes. Lol. Just watch your prayer and hp :)

Your stats are fine, I didn't use melee atall. Just get the level needed for earth blast and you'll be fine.
