If i download the new version of itunes will it delete all of the songs that i have on my itunes?

don't think so, like if you uninstall it, then install it, it adds ALL of the music on your pc.
so it should.

if you uninstall itunes, then re-install it, it adds all of the music on your pc to your library, so it should keep your music.
