Support emails have been left to stack for ages now so I have decided to start over. All the email's have been deleted. If you emailed us using the contact us link at the bottom of the forum, you will need to email us again.

Can I please remind you that we are not Sulake nor have any powers over any Habbo Hotel so we cannot get you unbanned on their nor deal with scams on the hotel.

Can I also remind you that if you want to report something such as rule breaking please do so here (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12) or use the report post button instead of using the contact us link so it is dealt with quicker.

May I add that emailing us 10 copies will not make us reply to your email any faster.

If you do not get a reply to your email, that means nothing can be done about it (or it has nothing to do with us). We try our best to reply to all the emails as quickly and as effiecently. The more detail you give us, the higher the chance we can help solve your problem :).

Edit: We do have a new person doing the support emails now, that person is..*drum rolls* - ME :o.

News related to the above

We have added a new field in the "Options" area in the Usercp. It is called the "Recovery Message" field. Basically, everyone (except admins) is forced to input something in this box so that if ever in the future you need to prove you are the true owner of the account, you will be able to provide solid evidence.

We advice you use something that you can remember personally that cannot be guessed by others such as close friends. Please do NOT put your forum / habbo password in this box as admins can see it.
