IPB Forum permissions help

Im working on a forum and I am using a new permission mask called forum technicians. So, what permissions would it need and stiff.

Depends what you are planning to do with it? Make it so it is better than a Member or roughly the same, except holds more PMs.

well on most forums the technicians have administrator perms as they need to check forum etc
