Because only sad people make naked habbos.
A lot of CC, the legs need to be more curved by changing the shade from shadow to skin colour. Currently there's just a dark line which makes it square.
That facial expression has been used before, and it was just about borederline funny that time.
The brown cardboard roll looks iffy, as if it isn't round and has no shading.
