HOW DO YOU GET A PHP FORM TO SEND?

I have been trying for weeks now to make a form for my website that will actually submit information to me but have failed each and every time.

Please could someone tell me the secret to send?

I also can't get my scroll bar to be coloured. I don't know how people do it, I have tried so many websites and followed their instructions but there is something i'm getting wrong.

Have you got the process file? It's pretty useless if you haven't.
Also, to have your scrollbar coloured you must remove the Doctype.
