Yeah, you need to work on the writing, and I think the flag looks a bit odd as well.. 8/10

I Like it, Nice work.. as Most people have said the writing needs to be cleared up, and it needs shading to clearly define it on the building. 8/10

It ok, you could do with adding a bit of detail to it and I am yet to see a bank building that small :p
