It's Probs Growing Pains.

Yeah, it happens to me alot, but i had a swollen glands when i found out, but i can't really say it's not serious unless i can see it, so i suggest you go to your local GP as soon as possible! They will tell you if anything is wrong!

I don't think it's that Fraz-man. Possibley pulled your shoulder somehow, and you don't have to do sports to do it.
So it only hurts when you move, does it hurt where ever you move, or just certain places (moving your shoulders up by shrugging, swivelling, etc.).
Again, as people have said above, go to your doctor. Worst comes to worst there is nothing wrong and you've wasted an hour, better safe than sorry!

You are sleeping in a position which is constantly pulling your shoulder muscles. Ex its like doing the splits for hours on end. I should know I had this and the pain was excrusiating! I couldnt move my neck. It will go from about a week or two but any longer you should contact your local doctor. : o)

Yeah, it could be the way your sleeping. I sometimes wake up with sore shoulders because I've slept differently or in an uncomfortable position.
