Where should I train magic and what spell should I use most?

I have quite a bit of runes on me and im level 40.

or you could go to the mage arena, depending on what runes you have =]

mage training is pretty decent exp., especially the enchantment arena.
Or you could splash curse.

i'd just use curse up to 45 as it's cheap. Then camelot tele to 55.. then high alch to 101..

I'd firebolt guards or anything that drop level 2 clue scrolls so you get a chance at making your money back.

erm orges near castle wars get a rope and go in the middle bit it aint to crowded and they cant attack if you stand behind the wall :)

train using the highest attacking spell yu can on any monster,
i trained on the monsters under varrock sewer til 45 then teled to cAmmy til 55 then alched.
