Instead of there phone number, use there email that is registered with paypal, i have done that :)

I believe it is only as a method of payment. You can't transfer mobile credit into paypal money.

Yep I dont think you can take money from your phone into your paypal account.

Your account must also be attatched to a card.

It does say on PayPal, as i have viewed it before, you just replace the number with email.
