I'd recommend bronze armour LOL or black. I think mith would be too high for you at 96 combat.

Just do mith lol. I have 45 def and mith was ok. You can buy cheap food from the food shop there, doesn't take much effort tbh.

I got a mith set, but gonna buy 2 black sets, just in case mith takes too long. Each black set is only 10k anyways =D

Use black for fast tokens, use higher lvls if you want to train and get tokens.

I've used 250 tokens, no bronze defender still. WOWZERS! I even got a level for str while killing cyclops lol

I've just got a herblore level from identifying herbs. -.- Still no bronze defender.
