you won't get your money back, so you should give up on that. Soku bought jabba town and they are giving everyone that purchased gold vip beta access to their client. If you're having any problems with a soku account you should contact soku staff..

There was a disclaimer for jabba town that stated there would be no refunds if you purchased vip/beta access.
