Just got a DS!

Wow - it's not just hype, it is amazing.
I picked up Metroid Prime: Hunters and Mario Kart DS. AMAZING games. Not only are they amazing online but they're single player aspects are great. Especially Metroid, it's so much fun. I hope more FPS's come to DS.

None of my friends have a DS... so it kinda sucks because I would like to play them online. But I'm sure I'll find someone. Either way, great system.

Dragon Quest should be pwnage.

I probably won't get bored of mine for a while because of the online. I haven't really played a lot of games online so this is pretty new to me. I plan on getting Mario 64 DS next, or maybe Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.

& animal crossing is well addictive, as is nintendogs.
Mario is quite good, but the controls really annoy me :|

animal crossing gets borin after a while unless u got wireless, nintendogs i borrowed it and i got bored after 10minutes and i aint played the others but warioware annoys me xD

If you have Wifi in your house, get Mario Kart. And if you don't, get it anyways and then just buy the USB thing that get syou online.

also i might get action replay ;)You have to replant the fruit from them and then they will slowly grow back over a couple days or u gotta get some fruit from a mate and plant them but i dont like native trees much i prefer foreign ones as they sell for loads in his shop ;]

Maybe they are just extremely good, but I'm shooting missiles and everything at them, and they are being hit by 2 people at a time and they aren't dying.

On 'single card' multiplayer, can you play people that have a DS but not the game? If so that's so cool. My neighbor has a DS but not any good games so we can play each other?

You can play Mario Kart DS with just one cartridge and it will download the game onto their DS so they can use it for when you play each other.

Your opinion and their opinion. It all comes down to the facts. But I have no idea which is better, but it will probably be DS. Original gameplay and revolves around the whole idea of using a game console for fun. PSP isn't much, just uses minidiscs for games.

While you get mediocre PS2 ports, we get ORIGINAL games. And at a much cheaper price.

Anyways - like I said, this isn't about PSP, this is about DS.

just because nintendo makes pokemon games, doesn't mean thats all they have.
i'm sure nobody here still plays pokemon games but even if they do - who cares?
pokemon is one of the biggest games ever, made by nintedo, the best console company atm imo.

nintendo isn't all one huge rpg where you catch little animals in balls, they have mario + donkey kong + others.
but yer, as homesrfan said, have fun with shoot-em's + only shoot-em's.
