You're not using you're own ideas. You're basically copying YouTube.

Look pretty much alike.

YouStream may sound like YouTube but there are quite alot of websites with 'You' in it but doesn't count as copying.

Tbh, the colours arent very nice and the world image I dont like either. Try making a UNIQUE logo.
