Maybe, S.A.S for me!

You wouldn't be able to just stroll up and say "Hi, I would like to join the SAS please!". I believe you have to join the army first and then the best will be put forward to join the SAS providing they pass rigorous training.

I have no real interest in entering the armed services, no. I don't believe they have any need for Psychologists!

How come everyone assumes that if you join a service you're on to the front line or doing crappy jobs getting dirty?

And I would go in to the services (RAF) as a Legal Officer. But it's heavily restricted in that you have to sign up for a lot of years and if you go down Civvy Street as a Lawyer you can earn double the amount you can earn in the RAF. But money isn't everything and I wouldn't mind going in to the RAF as a Legal Officer because of the social life, not knowing what each day might bring and the possibility of travelling the world and doing activities that you wouldn't normally get to do if you was an ordinary lawyer.

Also once you come out of the services you're well respected and can pretty much get a job where you wish (within reason) and have a great amount of discipline, confidence and determination. (Plus friends that'll be with you forever if you need 'em).
