Game where you join a game a play. Kill people by Guns. Get Xp and get up lvls

I was lvl 22 one of the latest 1's I took but a screenie more or less..

Ok, Well im 12 now and mm anyone know any hacks?

I play it i started about 3 days ago and i just leveled up to level 11. What annoys me is i can never find a game without running into a hacker. The only way to play a good game with no hackers is to make a locked game and just play with friends.
I always help my friend level up but he is 10 levels ahead of me so it takes ages :P
