Nah you can't walk on it. Happens to me alot, generally when im going back and forth through porters during lagg (Kick warz :p). Somone has already made a thread of this.

said this many times today lol. This happens when the coding is made befor the rest of the room to achive this glitch get some lag and enter 50rooms+ and it will start happening 1st it usually starts with shadows witch are hard to see
