Introduction
It is important to have 70+ All melee stats and 70+ range for x-bow or crystal bow's. Also a must is 43+ prayer.

What can i replace?
Helmet Spot - Guthans Helm
Cape Spot - Legends, Obby cape, 99 Skill Cape. ect
Amulet Spot - Fury, Glory
Arrow Spot - Bolt Racks, empty if you are using crystal bow
Weapon Spot - Guthans Spear
Plate body Spot - Guthans Plate body
Legs Spot - Guthans Chain skirt
Gloves Spot - RFD gloves you can get or gauntles if you cant get any.
Boots Spot - Ranger Boots, Rune Boots, Climbing Boots
Ring Spot - Archer Ring, No Ring

Starting the caves
The 22's
Through out the whole caves these are what you should kill first if they are hitting you even if they are inflicting zero damage the lower your payer, they have 10hp so no threat.
The 45's
These like the 22's aren't much of a harm they hit constant 0's if they are next to you they have an attack that if you hit anything on them with melee they will hit u back 1 this doesn't occur when you range them. Once you have killed the 45 it will split into two 22's but unlike the normal once these won't lower your prayer and they don't hit you much about a 5 at max so they are no threat.
The 90's
I would say these are more of a threat than the others as they range + melee you but they don't have a high max hit so its alright to melee these with guthans you will heal the damage back that they inflict on you.
The 180's
These are no threat at all unless you can't get them stuck at itally rock because they hit high with there melee but they will normally get stuck behind the rock if they don't run round the corner and they will get stuck where you was before.
The 360's
The second biggest threat in the caves, if these are out use protect from mage at all times then hit 46+ with mage and they will attack you from off screen, also don't melee these what so ever has they hit 45+ with that too so range these with pro-mage on.
The 702 (TzTok-Jad) and his healers
Jad uses all three types of attack mage, melee and range be warned he can hit up to 99 with all of his attacks, always stay at-least two steps away from jad so he doesn't use his melee attack on you (Bite) Jads range attack is his main attack so when you reach jad run put range pray on and run north of itally rock his mage and range attacks have specific sounds, his range attack is a loud bang noise and once you have herd his it will be to late to switch prayer to avoid that attack but his mage attack is a slower attack which makes two loud bangs, for that attack you have time to switch your prayer that is why you already have range protection on.
Also you can identify his attacks by if you can see his feet his range attack he will raise his feet and slam them down straight away but his mage attack he will raise his feet and hold them in the air long enough for you to switch prayer and then the spell will hit you, Once jad uses a mage attack switch back to range prayer straight after it has hit you with it to ensure you are safe if he uses range next.
Once jad is half hp four 108 healers will come and heal jad what you should do is attack so they attack you not heal jad then get back to jad once the healers are attacking you not jad they will not inflict much damage to you and jad is more important than them and once you have killed jad don't switch your pray off until you are out of the cave!
