Hey, the poll should be above xD. What I want you to do is tell me, what is better,

e.g.

www.google.co.uk (http://www.google.co.uk) (tail is .co.uk)
www.google.com (http://www.google.com) (tail is .com)
www.google.net (http://www.google.net) (tail is .net)

Please, vote! Thanks.

Lol. Well, i'm considering getting a different domain to .co.uk before I buy it this weekend (I hope).

Just asking.

I ALWAYS loved .net - they sound cool somehow. And they sorta cover worldwide, unlike .co.uk (UK usually) and .com (UK, US usually)

.co.uk isn't cheaper? :s
yes it is o.0 quite signifcantly? .co.uk's cost around £2.50 a year, .coms cost up to around £10 a year. o.0

Well, it is true you have to buy a .co.uk for two years, which is about a £5er, although that still only equartes to 2.50 a year "/

Unpredictible.

What's a tail?

Well I thought it was called a domain extension

Like .com .co.uk .net .info .biz etc. etc.

But I suppose you can call it a tail if you want :P

The domain extension.

Like .com .co.uk .net .info .biz etc. etc.
Well now you make it not sound like a manly bodily part.

It's a bloody domain extension - where the hell did you get 'tail' from?

Jesus christ.

Lmao.

My gay ICT teacher xD

Like everybody in blackpool is gay, and he always calls it a tail while he floops around the room on a wheelie chair like a p'w'n star

Its a TLD.

Anyway .com as it is the only good domain which ends in not a sharp letter

JamesRouale

I believe you mean a TLD (apposed to a 'tail)?

Anyway, it's purely based on your web site. For example, if your website is an organisation (UK based) then you would use a .co.uk TLD. If you were an internationally based organisation then you would use .net and so forth.

It depends what your website is about etc. but I like .net
