Before you go ranging on about absolutly everything that comes into your head that you think you know, can you please read this guide that will tell you how to not get yo' butt flamed in this section.

WHAT TO DO WHEN STARTING A THREAD!

Make sure you have the slightest clue what you're on about. The worst scenario would be when you want a code for a JS popup and you ask us for a PHP window opener.
Search the forums before you post. No-one likes a person who cannot spare 16 seconds of their life (Yes, I timed it) to search for something they are asking for.
Make sure your post makes sense - i.e:
hi gi's!
i wo wunderin weather yu cud elp mi wiff mi syt. itz pikso n all but i wo wundrn whthr u cd gim me sum spase ion ur svr n i giv u a hc.

Hey guys,
I was wondering whether you could help me with my site. My site is on Piczo at the moment, but I was wondering whether you could give me some space on your server and maybe I could give you HC in return?
No-one likes beggers. If you're new, don't expect anything. Don't expect people to take times out of their lives JUST to create you a layout and code it when they could be doing something other than that by trading Digimon cards or whatever the hell you do in your spare time.
Don't advertise ezyrewards or any other referall site because you'll just get your thread closed and your reputation ruined.
Don't act like you know everything because 99.8% of the time, you won't have a bloody clue about what you're talking about. Take people's advice with care, because - after all, they have had the decency to reply and try and help you with your problem.
Don't create useless threads that belong nowhere because it'll just create spam and then lag the forum like hell meaning you'll just die because you have nowhere to go.WHAT TO DO WHEN REPLYING TO A THREAD/POST!

This is the most important thing to do in this forum - respect each others' bloody opinion! Yes, you may not agree, but say why you don't agree and argue against the points that are made - that is what a forum is for.
If someone gets something wrong, or it doesn't work - don't throw a tantrum or spit the dummy - try again in a couple of weeks or so and see what happens - or JUST USE GOOGLE!
Don't reply with any pointless comments about MSM or who people are. There is a PM system placed on this forum for a bloody good reason - now bloody use it!
Don't get mardy because someone won't do something for you - the last thing we want on this forum is someone who either:-
A: Cannot take a joke
B: Throws himself out a window because he cannot handle the pressure of a simple form handling script.
Do not start every word with a capital letter. Your council gave you schools, now take what you've learned from your life and use it on this forum.
If you don't know, don't post. If you have some idea of how it can be done, then post it.
IF YOU FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS - YOU WILL BECOME PART OF THIS COMMUNITY!

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY, WE'LL SEE YOU ON HABBOFORUM.COM - THAT'S WHERE ALL THE REJECTS GO

Not harsh at all.
I'm sure, members who have been at this forum for over a year have gotten sick of this sort of behaviour on this section.

Because I have an opinion that something is crap, that's an opinion. I do not slate everything, I slate things that need to be slated and that I don't like. I post CC when I feel it is best. I post, what my opinion is - if I think the guy who made the thing needs to start again - that's what i'll post BECAUSE it's my opinion and therefore should be respected.

Oh lol k. Hes this guy that flames a lot, doesn't respect other peoples work even when they have explained something. I find him quite rude tbh.

No i'm not talking about that, there is a wide variety of differant types of help, theres not knowing anything at all and posting in a thread to try and help someone, which isn't feasable. And then there is someone that wants to start making a website, but doesn't know any programming languages or anything, but needs some help and maybe someone can post a link with tutorials on or something, thats fair enough isn't it?

Well saying to someone's layout "I could do better with my eyes closed"* is a bit offensive because saying that makes them feel less confident and might make them stop designing templates if that happens. If you said that about my first layout (even though I probably won't do one), I might be put off if people say things like that.
