Dreamweaver help

Im having some problems with dreamweaver. When your coding a layout, you can just add the image onto the screen area, then you can put an iframe, but i use to be able to drag the iframe anywhere including on top of the layout and expand the iframe, i cant do that anymore, does anyone know why and or a way to fix it?

Have you upgraded or something?

I believe this is called a "layer" in dreamweaver.
You still should be able to drag it anywhere, if push comes to shove you can always add the iFrame (layer) manually - its not exactly hard.
