That's a good suggestion, I doubt it'd be for Harry Potter because that's gay and crap. Presumably the 'H' is for Habbo? Given the 'authentic' parchment theme, I'd assume it could be something resembling a deed, perhaps for ownership or a treaty/ declaration, or something official, I doubt they'd give the badge out to anyone in a competition, I have no idea lolz.

My guess is that they're going to release that badge with the Gothic Furniture when the new book comes out soon they're going to do some sort of promotion for it? Maybe JK Rowling will come onto the Hotel for a celebrity visit.. Personally I think that would be the best celebrity visit so far.

As for the Car Park looking place, I thought that was a new V12 Public Room when I last saw it.. Maybe it is going to be? Who knows what Habbo have in store for us in the future.
