These are some rare values that I have noticed over the past few days.
Higher than Habbox
Equal to Habbox
Lower than Habbox

This item is selling very well right now, but is only selling for 3HC. Expect it to rise to 4-5HC by June. Seen about ten trades at this price.

These items are selling well right now due to their low price and anticipation of a big rise in the Summer. Expect it to rise to 2.5HC by June. Seen about 10 trades at this price

These are very poor sellers, and struggle to sell unless huge profit is given. They usually sell in bulk at this price. Seen around seven deals at this price.

I feel that this item has suffered the "Habbox Curse", in that its value and trade price is dictated by Habbox. Before it was reduced from 0.5Hc, the used to sell quite easily at this price, today they are very difficult to sell, but usually go for 0.3-0.4HC when they do. Ive seen around 5 deals at 0.3HC, and 3 deals at 0.4HC.
