Anyone got 6 second abs
Does it have a very good effect
Im thinking of getting it
I have lots of fat on my stomach and thinking of using 6 second abs to reduce it and hopefully get abs =]

no ab tech's get rid of fat you have to do excercise to get rid of fat, then use ab tech's to tighten the muscles i.e get abs.

6 Second abs just taughtens muscle, it doesn't bulk it in any noticeable way

stop being lazy, watch what you eat and exercise instead of looking for a quick fix. you need 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 or more portions of fruit and about 2000 calories.

I live right next to a swimming pool, And i want to go there everyday for 1 hour. But, i gotta revise from 5:30 - 6:30 for my Sats in May
And i get home about 4:30 =/

Why revise for SATs? They don't mean anything and I don't know anyone who revised :s

They do? They determine what class you get put in the next year, and if your clever but in a crap gorup its obviously going to halt your learning.

Although they are pretty easy, even without revision

didnt revise and got two 7s and a 6

oh and to the other person, at my school sats don't determine the classes :)
