It is very nice but i dont like the green right at the top and lighten the banner up abit.

Wow, that's a pretty nifty layout, it's just the gradients, the one where it goes from grey to white, they look... too "deep" if you know what I mean, like the gradient is overdone, perhaps make it about 7px wide instead of like 20?
