You wouldnt buy just one version, if buying a vBulletin your entitled to all versions.

I suggest using phpbb, its hated alot however its good and can be changed or however mybb group is like vBulletin but free.

I Own a phpb3 Forum..

Easy to use and free.

The downside to them are

-cant add a award system

They are realy good i Own a habbo forum on the Phpbb3 host. :)

Talking about the award system you don't realy need one just Admin, Super MOD and Global Mods?
