Well I have 4 referals, and I only really just thought about them in your profile. Well I think you should get special features/extra rep block/power for the more referals you get, because its helping he forum a lot. For example neopets gives you a better gift for each referal you get, until you get the best gift of all. So should habboxforum do this? :8

I don't think so. It's just stay as a number in your profile and will likely to be abused if someone reward was introduced. And I don't think this is possible with vBulletin without a modification.

People would just register loads of accounts putting em self as the refer, so i expect it would simply be abused.

As said above it would probably me abused, I do believe Administrators can check but that would be a little too time consuming and not always 100% correct.

It's a good idea, but as said, people will keep referring themselves if a reward was invloved.

yes it has flaws but so does the rep sytem i.e make accounts and rep themselves.. If u do introduce a reward then i think its good but if ppl do do somin like that then they are sad and have no lives ¬.¬

Liam, if the Admins had to check the IP of EVERY referral it would just be a drag. Too much effort for too little reward.
