Right I've set that as main email template, but how do I give them details they used to sign up when ordering like username etc with out manually editing?

you put them in like &username &port and stuff you find out what they are from the form they filled in

set auto responders on the emails in cpanel.

then when the form goes through it will send them an email

It's not an email it's in WHMCS nothing to do with cPanel it's an email template in WHMCS :P I think your mixed up mate.
